Garrard County - First Presbyterian Church

Marker # 1942 First Presbyterian Church

This church was founded in 1816 by Presbytery of Transylvania with 22 members. The first minister was James C. Barnes, who also served Paint Lick Church . Governor Wm. O. Bradley was a member of this congregation.
