E.P. Tom Sawyer State Park - On the outskirts of the city of Louisville this park offers anything for the outdoor or indoor enthusiast. The nature trails offer leisure and fitness. The fitness trail offers exercise stations along its one-mile path, while the nature trail wind you though both wooded areas and meadows.
General Butler State Resort Park - Two small leisure trails.
Taylorsville Lake State Park - Taylorsville Lake offers a 16 mile multi-use trail system for the hiker, horseback rider, and mountain biker.
Big Bone Lick State Park - With over 3.5 miles of hiking trails around the Lake you will enjoy a scenic view of the area.
Kincaid Lake State Park - Two trails, the Spicebush and Ironwood, are 2.25 miles of connected loops.
Blue Lick's Battlefield State Resort Park - Known for the last battle site in Kentucky for the American Revolutionary War the park offers a lot historical meaning. The park offers the River Trail, a mile loop trail to the Licking River.
